Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We at Evolve Salon and Spa, feel that our professional service providers’ time should be respected.  Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations/rescheduling, and no-shows inconvenience not only our providers but other clients as well.
In order to provide quality services in a timely manner, we respectfully request and require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointments that need to be rescheduled.

Appointments with an excessively late arrival time canceled or rescheduled without 24-hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.  

The second time an appointment(s) with an excessively late arrival, cancellation, or rescheduling occurs in under 24 hours and happens within a calendar year, the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. 

In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. 

Appointments may be safely secured with a valid credit card on file. Evolve management will use reasonable discretion in any and every case.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Hair Consultations

Evolve will charge a $35 hair consultation fee. When services are rendered, the $35 consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your service.

Safely Securing an Appointment

All appointments scheduled in person, over the phone, or online will require a valid credit card to secure the appointment. Our payment system has added an additional layer of protection against fraud. Now any person typing in a credit card to store on file for recurring charges for a one-time purchase must add their billing address. This reduces online fraud for unauthorized transaction claims.

Redo Policy

We take pride in, stand by, and guarantee our work at Evolve Salon and Spa.  If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution.  Our Evolve management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives. Client redo will only be honored if Evolve is contacted within 7 days of the original service.

Refund Policy

Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, Evolve management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.

Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased at Evolve Salon and Spa and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, the client will receive a refund.  Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy in how much was used.  All sales of our skincare products by Is Clinical cannot be returned.

Child Care Services

Child care services are available in the Kidz Gym for ages 3 months up to 14 years. Vouchers are available at the Salon for non-members at a special rate of $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child for up to 2 hours.

Child members of TFE receive complimentary child care.

Gift Certificate & Retail Item Policy 

All gift certificate sales are final.  All retail item returns will require a 20% restocking fee.

Customer Personal Belongings Policy

Evolve Salon and Spa and its staff are not responsible for any personal belongings that go missing or are damaged in any way.

PPE / ECO Fee

Due to government-mandated health & safety requirements placed on our industry we have added a modest $1 fee to your ticket to offset the additional expenses. We appreciate your understanding and support. 
As a proud partner of Green Circle Salons, we add $2 to offset the costs of recycling up to 95% of our waste, which includes: hair clippings, color/lightener, color tubes, plastics, foils, papers, and more.  Find out more hereThank you for your help!
