We at Evolve Salon and Spa, feel that our service providers time should be respected. Evolve requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointments that need to be rescheduled. We understand situations arise. However, if within one calendar year it happens more than once, we will charge 50% of the service(s) scheduled. In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled. The second time a no-show or cancellation occurs the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Appointments may be secured with a valid credit card on file. Evolve management will use reasonable discretion.
We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Evolve Salon and Spa. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Our Evolve management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives.Client redo’s will only be honored if Evolve is contacted within 7 days of the original service.
Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of a service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, Evolve management will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund the client.
Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased at Evolve Salon and Spa and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, the client will receive a refund. Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy on how much was used. All sales of our skin care products by Is Clinical cannot be returned.
Child Care Services
are available in the Kidz Gym for ages 3 months up to 14 years. Vouchers are available at the Salon for non members at a special rate of $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child for up to 2 hours.
Child members of TFE receive complementary child care.
Gift Certificate Policy
All certificates are final sale.
Through our partnership with Green Circle Salons, we will be redirecting what was once considered garbage out of our water streams and landfills to be re-purposed into innovative green solutions. Starting September 2019, all hair clippings, extensions, any excess colour, developer, papers and plastics, foils, aerosol cans and colour tubes from Evolve will be collected by GCS – effectively cutting down our salon’s total waste, literally overnight, by 85-95%! A small fee will be added to service transactions to take a stand for our planet as we work together to reduce our ecological footprint and make our industry more sustainable.
